The Equalizer was a mid 1980s American television show, starring English
actor Edward Woodward as ex Company/Agency spy Robert McCall. He became disgusted over the "Company's" (They weren't allowed to use "CIA")tactics and soon became disillusioned with his own life so he quit and now spends his life helping others as atonement for his past life.
